Palate: Pepper, herbal, stone fruit, and subtle oak. Finish: Oak, orange and stone fruit, toffee, and rosemary. 95% Rye, 5% Barley. 92.3 proof. Aged 7 years in used bourbon barrels. Finished with Oregon Oak.
